I hate to leave bad reviews, but this experience was so unprofessional and disappointing that people deserve to know. I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers from Williams Florist well in advance. Not only were the flowers not delivered to the correct address (if they were delivered at all), but when I immediately called to fix the issue, the person who answered literally pretended they couldn’t hear me. After I called back, no one answered. I left a voicemail. No return call. I sent three separate emails. No response. It wasn’t until I threatened to leave a negative review and dispute the charge that I suddenly got a reply. Valentine’s Day is not a surprise on the calendar. It happens every year. If you’re going to take people’s money for a time-sensitive, emotional occasion, you need to actually deliver — and if something goes wrong, you need to act like a professional. Instead, I got ignored, brushed off, and forced to chase them down just to get basic customer service. Completely unacceptable. So frustrated and disappointment - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered via 1800 flowers and They marked as delivered on May 15th which was the date I selected a month ago when placing the order however nothing showed. I had to call 1-, 800 flowers back for them to say that they were going to deliver the next day on May 16. Well, 6:30 PM and I just got them on May 16 but if it wasn’t for one 800 flowers getting involved I highly doubt they would’ve ever showed. Not to mention, they are nothing like the photos from the vase to the actual flower colors itself. Plus, there is a cardboard piece stuck to the actual vase that I can’t remove. This is one of the worst flower shops I’ve ever experienced And it ruined the gift I had for my mother on her special day.

I was ordering a basket to send to someone in Charlotte but I live in Virginia. I spoke to the Manager on the phone and she was very helpful and nice. She explained the different options to me and help me choose a beautiful gourmet basket. She was customer service oriented and made me feel like a valued customer. She even sent me photos of the finished basket. I will definitely order from Williams Florist again and I will also refer them to family and friends.

A family member sent a flower arrangement to me recently. The delivery driver had the flowers in his trunk. He dropped part of the arrangement out of the vase while he was getting it out of his trunk. He left the flowers on the doorstep did not knock on the door or let me know he was there. Had I not seen him, the flowers would have sat out on the porch for quite a while. The roses in the arrangement were turning brown. There were several flowers broken in the arrangement. It was obvious the flowers were not fresh nor delivered with care. I called Williams florist this morning. So far no callback. I would not waste my money on this business.

Williams Florist created the most beautiful autumn arrangement I’ve ever seen! The colors were vibrant, the flowers were fresh, and the design perfectly captured the essence of fall. It was truly a work of art that brightened up my entire home. The attention to detail and customer service were exceptional. I couldn’t be happier—highly recommend for any occasion!
